**I have seen very few stories that show the recovery process of survivors. This is a fictional work based on my personal experiences. I welcome anyone to read, and encourage it! And to anyone who is like me and may have struggled with something similar, I am so sorry. I love you all.
Adrienne Pierce feels like a reanimated corpse- she fulfills her duties with little enthusiasm, functions just enough to be considered alive, but at the end of the day... she feels like nothing.
