He was tall with an unfamiliar posture. Even from the back it was clear that he wasn't someone she knew and she knew everyone. That was probably the only perk of living in a small town her whole life. The people around her were the ones that kept her going so she was certain that this one was new. She kept walking getting a little bit closer in a desperate attempt to see his face. And suddenly he plopped down into a seat and looked up. She had followed him into his class. Unfazed or uncaring, Ella looked down, unable to keep the shock off of her face. He had her eyes. Bright orange with flakes of gold. Her disbelief must have been palpable and she definitely looked crazy staring down on the stranger but she didn't care. His expression said that he found it amusing as if he expected her response. "Hello Ella." He said and his voice was vaguely familiar. But how?

In a world dominated by werewolves, Odette leads a simple, human life until what was supposed to be the best day of her life, her wedding day, takes a nightmarish turn. Luca, a powerful world-leader and Alpha, claims her as his mate, which forces her into a desperate fight for her freedom. Now on the run, Odette encounters challenges that will test her wit and strength. Will she surrender to the relentless pursuit, or fight back? ~~~ I round the corner to see a group of freakishly-tall and handsome men. There were three men in the group, one instantly stood out to me even with his back toward me. He had deep black hair and I could tell strong lean muscles were hidden beneath his button-up shirt. I falter in my steps a bit, something in my mind telling me to go another way, to ask someone else for help with directions. But I keep walking closer. Something else within me tells me it will be okay. As I get closer, the two men who were facing my direction look towards me and I stop, keeping a safe distance. Hopefully they are able to help me, and not turn me away just because I'm a human. "Hi, um, could you tell me where the front desk is?" The man whose back was facing towards me stiffened. "I think I'm a little..." The man turned toward me so quickly it made my heartbeat waver. His deep blue eyes pierced into my brown ones and called out to me. His jawline was chiseled to perfection, lips parted slightly in awe. Every feature of his face was meticulously handcrafted by God. I never thought I could find a wolf so elegant. He was...beautiful. Something in the air shifted. I could feel it in my bones. "...lost," I finished my sentence after a brief pause. No one answered me. Did I say something wrong? I look between the three of them and see that the two men behind the man who was staring so intently at me were looking between me and him. "Mate."
