This is a safe space where I will talk about mine and my family's battles with various mental health disorders. This is a judgement free space where if you need to talk, dm or comment if you feel okay with that. Hopefully the things I say will help some of you guys as well as myself through these various battles, and I will try to add some tips and coping mechanisms I have learned growing up in a world that has gone to hell while struggling with these disorders.
