Hey guys! I have been working on this novel/short story "Two Broken Hearts" about a teenage girl who is hospitalized due to heart cancer for most of her life. The loss of her father and grandfather at a young age causes her to become desperate for someone to give her affection. Will she find someone who will love her for which she truly is? Rivera Douglas is a 30 years old women, who has been divorced for 3 years now. She wasn't in a rush to get into any kind of relationship and was basically in a relationship with her job, so to speak. She loves what she does and helps her patients take their mind off of the darker things, especially Ava. She would always make Ava feel some type of way without her knowing it and it always made Ava feel like she wasn't even sick at all, which is why Ava had a secret crush on her, hating the fact that it won't last that long...
