Empress is... An odd one.
She's always been able to sense the paranormal.. but surprisingly clearer than any other animals. But that means she gets called crazy a lot.
So when she stumbles across an abandoned shack with a creepy aura around it, Emmie become excited to prove her ability.
Only to be disappointed when its just an old leather collar. So what does she do?
She wears it.
Almost immediately, she meets Bruce the demon, who claims he 'did bad things in the past, and wants to start over'. He explains he wants to return to the land of the living to do this.
Our Black-Mouthed Cur friend decides to help him.
I mean, what could go wrong?

Between 2004 and 2008 I wrote a series of "Tips for Writers" for Nocturnal Ooze magazine vaguely about what would happen in real life if you did the things they do in movies but mostly about the gross out. [completed!] Under editing! Man kind, invincible and scared of nothing. We were the superior race, and we revelled in it. We all thought we were the ones at the top of the food chain, completely untouchable. However it was like I said, we 'thought' we were.
