We all know how Undertale goes, with its pacifist and genocide routes.
 
 
But what if it was.... different?
 
 
What if Chara never possessed Frisk? But they.. came back to life some how and joined Frisk?
 
 
Would it be peaceful or end up in a bad time?
 

 
 In this story, Chara appears to be with Frisk on the ground. But their memories are... Gone. Or are they?
 

 
 Join Chara and Frisk on this journey through the underground, to find out what lies ahead of them.

Note: This was a random thought that came to my mind during an assignment. As well as seeing some comments on YT videos saying "what if Chara was abused by the humans they lived with and that's what fueled their hate for humanity? Not making them fully the bad guy?"

I wanted to base this story, as seen above,  what if Chara somehow by some magical being (or a save point malfunction) came back to life and had the journey Frisk took?

Chara will seem to be acting different than how they do in the game, but that's just to make the story interesting.

In my mind, Chara is a she (We're supposed to reflect our own personalities onto her and Frisk, and I happen to be female.), she hates humanity, she thinks of Frisk as her sister/brother and Asriel as her adorable awkward twin brother. She is tied to Frisk's soul. Also she can summon magic knives. Like, imagine Sans's bones and you've got the basic idea, except it's her and knives. In my mind, she somehow ended up half monster and half biological demon. Yeah. It's complicated. Any questions, feel free to ask.

Remember when Chara killed Sans? What happened if instead of him dying, Gaster pulled him into a different dimension and was able to heal them with a healing pink fountain. Sans doesn't understand how everyone in beach city is okay with him around so he bothers no one and tries to find Gaster. Steven Universe was surprised to see Sans like this, since he visited a memory of Sans being happy and without the red scarf. Will Sans be healed, or broken worse than he already is? Is Papyrus really gone? I don't any of these characters but I do own the plot, enjoy! I will add music.
