Sibora's just a girl trying to survive the end of the world, where the threat of zombies is secondary to the people that are left. With all forms of official government and law enforcement long gone, groups of survivors battle for resources, territory, and the ever present undead. Negan, one of the leaders of these groups, is particularly ruthless. Sibora decided to take matters into her own hands, but her assassination attempt failed. Getting captured was not a part of her plan, and apparently Negan is a fan of taking prisoners. And an even bigger fan of recruiting them. Now Sibora must decide if she is willing to bind her life to the hand she has been dealt, or if fate has other plans. Slow burn romance to ensue. As to who with, well you'll just have to read and find out!
This story begins where Sasha's ends in The Walking Dead. You don't have to watch the show to understand what's happening in this story. There will be a few references, but beyond the first scene I use as a jumping off point, Negan, and the idea of the Saviors (Negan's group), everything else will be my own original content.
I was inspired by the scene where Negan offered Sasha a choice after she was captured, and wondered what a character of my own making would do in that situation. I used the exact dialog from that scene up until Negan says, "We are not monsters." After that, everything came from my own brain. This story will not follow The Walking Dead plot.
I do not own The Walking Dead, it's characters, story, or ideas. But I was inspired by them :) Please don't come for me AMC
