Mars is dying. The Earth is still very much alive. And so they come. This is the tale of humanity's salvation...or their destruction. 172 years after the fact, will the people of Earth allowed to live accept those that came, or will they fight?

A massive alien ship and a human in a small pod, in cryogenic sleep, thousands of light-years away from earth. What could go wrong and how will he get back to earth? -------------------------------------- Notes: I felt tired one day and thought that I could use a long nap. This story is a result of that thought. I didn't use any movies or series for inspiration, the story is my original work. This is just the result of my weird imagination and brain thinking about what that character would do and telling me what to write. Echoes of Mars
In the year 2075, Earth teeters on the brink of collapse due to dwindling resources and a devastated environment. To save humanity, the International Space Consortium (ISC) launches the most ambitious mission ever attempted: to terraform Mars and make it habitable for human life. Your Wings Will Betray You
In a distant future where humanity has abandoned Earth in favor of colonizing the entire universe, the dangerous job of piloting ships has been delegated to androids. When one of those pilots goes on a murderous rampage, it's set to be decommissioned by the Magnus-Barlowe corporation. Unfortunately, this AI is self-aware, and the engineer is an idiot. A scientist staging a prison break steals both a ship and the android to be its pilot, hoping to escape the claws of capitalism. An opportunity to do just that is presented when the mismatched crew is presented with a task: rescue the kidnapped daughter of a black-market salesman and be granted safe passage to a planet without a single MBC colony to bother them. Even though making deals with thieves is generally regarded as a bad idea, there doesn't really seem to be a choice for these wayward souls. With a crew made up of human and synthetic criminals, getting one measly kid from a space station full of scientists can't be too hard. Right? on hiatus
