Tovasilikov is an ancient dragon. He was and is the king of the dragons, though he has been in a self-imposed exile for several hundred years, maybe a century. Since the death/slash murder of his chosen mate, Asteri.

Magissa is not a normal girl. From her strange golden eyes to her apparently limitless magical abilities, she is hardly what is taken for everyday normal. Something happened on the night she was born, something that in some way responsible for her being like this.

Mitera is the mother of all dragons. She is also a seer. She knows the time has come for the King of dragons to come back to the world of the living. She also knows Tovasilikov is the only hope Magissa has. Will that be enough for the comeback? 

Their destinies have been entwined over lifetimes. Magissa and Tovasilikov are bound to be together. But all is not as it seems. Hidden forces are in fact ploying to stop the union or to utilize it for their own benefits. 

Will their love triumph over all the odds? Can Magissa complete what Asteri left unfinished?
