As one of the top cardiothoracic surgeon, Rio had all his attention on himself, his career, and reaching his goal of taking over their hospital. No girlfriend or wife. He didn't really need now-until now.

When his older brother decided that he would never tie himself to a marriage or to take over their hospital, chaos ensues. As the next in line, the family business was passed down to him and the responsibility to procreate the next heir to inherit the business in future's time. To get his hands on them, Rio needed to do two things - get married and bring her to his grandparents' wedding anniversary, which is in a week time.

Thinking about his decisions, Rio might have thought that maybe things would be a little easier if a rumour didn't spark between him and the notorious neurosurgeon Addie West who Rio barely tolerates at work, let alone wants to marry. The most difficult thing is that Rio needs to prove to everyone that they are deeply in love and that all they have ever desired is to race down the aisle together. What possibly could go wrong?
