The Age of Humanity has been gone for one hundred and seventy years, ten years ago. Humanity's last defense against the demons, the Wall of Vesra was nearly broken through, but due to the courageous leader and his men, the demons perished along side the men, few live to tell the tale and even fewer wrote a book about it.
Jacob, the main character, is the son of the courageous leader, quiet and introverted, a defense mechanism he gotten through the years of training he went for. All he wants is to know his father, and what the war is going to do to both the demons and the humans.
