24/6/20 #15 in communication *MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS* A bunch of poems from the perspective of someone going through mental health issues. In a changing world, we seem to be fine one only to break down the next. This is an attempt at portraying the thoughts of a mundane life. Anyone taking any of these as triggers, should take the help needed through the helplines provided by many NGOs. Poetry is explaining the enigmatic, understanding the unknown, taming the resolute, Don't read it, feel it. P.S the painting in the cover page is also made by me ;) no other image is my own work unless mentioned so. COPYRIGHT holder.
