*MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS*

A bunch of poems from the perspective of someone going through mental health issues. In a changing world, we seem to be fine one only to break down the next. This is an attempt at portraying the thoughts of a mundane life. Anyone taking any of these as triggers, should take the help needed through the helplines provided by many NGOs. 



Poetry is explaining the enigmatic,
understanding the unknown,
taming the resolute,
Don't read it, feel it.

The one that always appears happy. The person that you'd never guess was suffering every single day. Have you ever questioned what could break a person so badly? Have you ever wanted to get inside the mind of that person? This poetry is mine. This is me, opening my damaged mind to be discovered. Inside you'll find the raw emotions of a truly broken soul.
