After Fairy Tail have been reinstated, the empty feeling of losing her mother figure still haunts Lucy. Her efforts of finding Aquarius in each mission always turned out to be a dead end. She was desperate and opted to drink her sadness away. 

One night, after her usual shots of alcohol, she found herself escorted home by none other than the other blonde mage in the guild, Laxus Dreyar, who was having a problem of his own. 

Seeing the scene took place, the resident matchmaker devil took the matter into her own hands.

Don't get me wrong those types of stories have their place in the fanfiction community, but I always think if you're going to change the character that much then you might as well just create an O.C. Lucy is strong in her own right exactly as she is and I'm tired of people thinking all she's accomplished over the years isn't worth anything. With gold Zodiac keys and seventy-six silver keys up for grabs there should be enough magic to keep anyone entertained. Well that's my little rant, enjoy the story. p.s.
