Hifumi is the adopted youngest son of the third Hokage, after having a traumatic experience while growing up in the village. He grew to be recluse and spiteful towards the villagers.
Until Naruto is born and becomes the parental and brotherly figure to the small infant after making a promise with his now dead uncle and aunt.
Now, after Naruto finally graduates, Hifumi gets forced into doing what he most hates... Being a ninja for the Leaf Village by order of the Hokage.

Naruto who thought Sasuke approached him because he was interested was entirely wrong. Not knowing their first dance that was special to him was silently and secretly all planned for revenge.
