An original Star Wars story, set after Rise of Skywalker, about a boy who has nothing and how he gains everything.
The young Maru Dystra, lives in a world of corruption, starvation, disease, drought and pain. His parents had left him years ago, he's been forced to survive on the planet of Da Soocha, a world destroyed by Hutt greed.
The infection, known only as the "Disease", has finally reached him. Maru has two choices; die in the street or cut out his own eye to survive.
After an excruciatingly painful ordeal, a women takes him to safety, she was a Jedi once. Will she grant him the power he requires?
His goal, redemption.
Maru wishes to destroy the Hutts, he is full of rage and fueled by ambition to free his people.

Little do they know, Asajj Ventress and Boba Fett are left stranded as well. As both parties become restless and sick, escape is their top priority. Not only do they have to take into account the physical toll, but the emotional toll as well. Survival is only achieved if the mind is at peace. (this isn't canon compliant btw, just an idea i thought would be interesting. i also have to learn how to write a better synopsis.)Complete
