An original Star Wars story, set after Rise of Skywalker, about a boy who has nothing and how he gains everything. 

The young Maru Dystra, lives in a world of corruption, starvation, disease, drought and pain. His parents had left him years ago, he's been forced to survive on the planet of Da Soocha, a world destroyed by Hutt greed. 

The infection, known only as the "Disease", has finally reached him. Maru has two choices; die in the street or cut out his own eye to survive. 

After an excruciatingly painful ordeal, a women takes him to safety, she was a Jedi once. Will she grant him the power he requires?

His goal, redemption. 

Maru wishes to destroy the Hutts, he is full of rage and fueled by ambition to free his people.All Rights Reserved

An Apprentice's Adventures by mandolauren17

With a turn of events this leads to her becoming a Jedi's apprentice. From there, she then goes on to form many relationships with other Mandalorians and Jedi, along with senators, clones, and alike. Together they must face the galaxy as the Clone Wars rage on. You also don't have to have seen any of Star Wars' properties to read this. I've included enough info within the chapters so you'll be able to understand it. Keep in mind though that there are a lot of spoilers and changes to those series. On the distant planet of Lothal, imperial forces have controlled and oppressed the innocent people of this once quiet planet to fuel their factories. With the noble Jedi Order all but destroyed, there is little hope for the citizens of Lothal to know freedom once again. A small rebel unit, known as The Spectres have arrived to aid the planet and fight the Empire. Amongst this crew is young man by the name of Aurelian fights alongside his friends against tyranny as he begins to awaken his true powers and reshape the galaxy... (You will find a lot of 40k influence in this story, to the point it might be a crossover in some respects. Nothing crazy, so no Space Marines, demons, or the like will show up. Just names, places, and imagery mostly.)
