Chronic illness is a bitch, but it takes an even bladder bitch to handle having a chronic illness.
This book will be information and advice on coping with and understanding chronic pain. I can't speak on all chronic pain/illness warriors out there, but as someone who has endured nine years of abdominal chronic pain I want to help others who suffer the same or similarly as me and help educate and spread awareness to various chronic illnesses 💛

This book is for you, who wants to read about what life can be like, most of the times. This book has reminders, poetry, tips and tricks, quotes, texts about meaning with life, happy moment and even sad moments. A little bit of everything life can throw at you. I have no filter to this book. Which means it's raw and genuine, and that is the goal. (You don't necessarily have to read from start to finish) If you for an example have a bad day, I have a chapter for you about seeing it thru a different perspective than what people normally tell you. Evolution
There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally. Its my thoughts and emotions spoken in a different suppossed to be more emotional and deeper way then just looking at what happened and crying about it. What happened can never be fixed but I won't let those people go by un-noticed and I hope karma sincerely kicks them in more then the ass someday. I don't wish pain upon no one but I do crave for them to just UNDERSTAND what they made me feel since they all walked away without a scrape, just a smirk on all their faces in the end. Or they're narcassistic. Theres also letters to people who I still think of to this day that will probably never read them but you guys still hold a special place in my heart.
