Does the last name sound familiar? Well, that's because the one and only Barry Allen is her father.

Hope grew up without her father and mother. She's from the future and in her time, all metas were taken by the government and held in concentration camps. When Hope was born and the doctors saw she had meta-DNA, she was ripped from her mother's arms and put into a secluded room with other meta children. Harlow was raised in the camp by her sister like figure. So when Hope finally learned to control her powers, she immediately traveled back in time to meet her parents and warn them of what is to come. But nothing is ever that easy. At first, no one believes her about what the future holds, that is, until Cisco vibes her and sees what her world is like in the year 2048. She was taken into custody by the government in the year 2031. Barry hasn't even met her mother yet, but he tries to understand how it felt to have nothing. How would he know? He had Joe and Iris after the incident with his mother. So how could he possibly understand her?
