It delves into her history with Kage before and after her transformation,  glimpses into the history of Shanti's past lives before this one, brings you along through the brutal murder of Shanti's parents and gives you a deeper understanding of Shanti's powers before and after conjoining with Kage.

Shanti's original human name was Arrajin, and goes by that throughout parts of this short story.
