The twin priestesses kiki, kikyo die taking the Shiki jewels with them. Y/N & kagome find themselves in an unknown place with people dressed differently kagome thinks 'why are they dressed like that and why are the men hair long and their HAIR STYLE IS WEIRD OH GOD WHERE ARE WE!??' while Y/n thinks 'Oh great we must be in the past or something, damn do we have to be here sitting outside where the freaking sun is out damn I could have been in my room watching anime and eating the sleep all day long or still watch anime (╥﹏╥).
