Izuku has a wide arsenal of powers and abilities fit for an assassin. Some granting him the ability to defy Laws, of nature and some governmental backlash most likely. 


Kai gifts Izuku a glove that covers the Mark and the hole.

Izuku has some powers. But when it comes down to it, It's his keen mind and undeground no quirk pit fights, that really taught him how to survive. Since age 12 has Kai-Overhaul been teaching him.

.Katsuki manages to follow and actually manages to fight him with Kai watching confused to their connection.. Instead if money, a promise or a strange apology?.
