After word gets out to Heaven that a certain demon princess was opening up a hotel to redeem other demons, the big man God himself sends an agent of Heaven down to Hell to figure out what's going on. You are that agent. Travel down to Hell and meet the cute little Princess of Hell, Charlie Morningstar and develop an affinity towards her that will forever change the landscape of you both.
