Izuku Midoriya had everything a 4-year-old child could wish for. He had a family, a home and a quirk that was like no other. Thanks to a tragic and very bloody night, he was left with nothing then his own memories of a happy past and his quirk to protect himself. He quickly found out that people are looking at him because of his quirk. All the people ever wanted was his quirk and not him. Years pass, and the little green bean learned to trust no one but himself. If one was to ask him what was his quirk, he would say he was quirkless. It was only a protection measurement he found out to be necessary. After all, a quirkless life was better than a life in a laboratory. One day he was fortunately enough to meet the number 1 hero and could finally ask him the question of his life. What will however happen if the symbol of peace gives him an answer he has never though he would hear? More importantly, what will he do once he finds out he still has family out there? Will Izuku be able to find them? And what will poor Izuku think about his new family? Will they be able to save him from himself? Let's find out! Izuku Midoriya's life got wrecked after his quirk diagnosis. Quirkless. Nothing more then that. Maybe worthless or something close. Bullied by not just his "friends", but also his own father. After losing so much he runs away from everything. He's left wandering around the streets of musutafu at night. And then he meets eraserhead. Will he be able to prove the world that quirks aren't the only things that matter? So, uh. Hi. I made a one-shot book, 'cuz I have so many ideas in my head that I'd be a shame if I don't share them. I'll usually make one-shots from my own ideas but if you want a one-shot from an idea of yours just comment and I'll see what I can do. If I do end up using an idea of your's I'll credit you uwu. I'll put the ship at the top of the chapter, in case you don't want to read because of a certain ship you don't like (which is ok!).

The whole thing with Kacchan and the slime monster thing doesn't happen, or it does and he just gets saved. You can decide. Also, the USJ attack happens later b/c the actual one happens 4 or 5 days after school starts so I'm changing it for the convenience of my story :) I do not own MHA or the characters just this story!!

With his dreams shattered and his future seeming to be lost, Izuku Midoriya runs. He ran away from police custody before they even knew what to do with him and lived off the streets. He didn't know what to do. His mother dead and his source of stability gone, he looses his will to anything but keep fighting. Most people would turn to villainy after this, always searching with vengeance and an anger that could never be tamed. But Izuku isn't most people. He couldn't bring himself to hurt people so he decided he'd be a hero, just not by title. His heart has always longed to save those in need, after all. But he still has a goal in mind, and he'll do whatever it takes to achieve it. Or; Everyone is stupid + Vigilante Deku (The cover art is my own, don't repost)
