Heartstring is a book that you read right before you sleep or when you have woken up. It's a book that lays by your nightstand, a book that you can always go back to . It's a book that will make you feel, act, and see things differently. Heartstring is not for lighthearted, you will feel the hit of every emotion, the sadness, the joy, the suffering, the happy tears of the other person. It's a book that will make you feel everything. It's a book that you can relate to. Heartstring is not just a book, it's an emotion.

Some of us have suffered through terrible things, some of us have found little things inspiring, some of us have beautiful memories. But life is really a lost treasure. It's not always what you expect but we have our share of good and bad. Each one of us has such a memory, the sweet-sour taste of life that still lingers in our mind.

Heartstring is the collection of all these stories your's and mine that will inspire others to think, feel, act differently. The motive just one ----Someone going through what you have once doesn't feel so alone. Somewhere a human being will read it and feel that it's ok to be scared, it's ok to have both happy and haunting memories. Be the one to inspire that person. Send your happy and sad memories. Be the one to make a difference. Be someone's HEARTSTRING.

It's always the reader who falls in love with the characters while reading a book. I'm here to let you know that it can be different. We. We all want to feel. We all want to feel the fire of love. We all want to feel the fire of love, the real one that will make us naturally gain an enticing and gleaming soul. A sparkle that will lighten up the gloominess we got to use, but even though our eyes might hurt under the intensity of the foreign light, we refuse to close them. Once we glimpse at the beauty and innocence of the virgin world, world of love, we won't allow our minds to take us back to the way we were. Fearing the melancholy. We all want to feel the fire of love. No matter how hard we deny it, somewhere in the deepest and darkest corners of the back of our heads, corners that our train of thoughts is scared of taking us to, we have a secret story that we want to keep to ourselves, a special memory that we cherish and remember everytime we are alone, a dream that we put so much strength believing in it and holding on the smallest possibilities of its realisation, an image of our perfect lover to whom we possess a blind, dreamy and unconditional love that will make us more than willing to accept them with all their flaws. We all want to feel the fire of love. The one that gives us goosebumps at the thought of the right one, butterflies when we touch them and have a taste of the sweetness of their hearts, chills when we lock eyes and let our imagination get wild. It will feel like a dream, the kind of dreams we wish could last an eternity because they simply make us happy. We all want to feel the fire of love. But none of us want to get burned. What if... What if we will feel it, feel loved? What if that someone is perfectly fit for us? But.. What if that someone turns into something? What if something falls in love with us? What if something falls in love with you?

Bliss. Delight. Contentment. Euphoria. Elation. Joy. Glee. Felicity. Jubilation. These are all words synonymous to the word happiness. But what is true happiness? Happiness is that feeling of butterflies fluttering around in your chest, trying to break out. Happiness is that invisible fluid rushing in your veins, making you shiver in the most wonderful way. Happiness is the force that pulls your cheeks up into the widest smile and makes your eyes twinkle. Happiness makes you light-headed and giddy, it is in fact like alcohol. Well then, I am utterly and completely drunk. When you're happy, everything feels amazing. Even small insignificant things like getting up in the morning. The golden hue of sunlight streaming in through the curtains feels like a soft caress from the hand of a lover. The birds seem to chirp sweetly outside, a melody to which the leaves sway as if mesmerised by their music. The curtains tango with the wind beautifully. Every little thing seems perfect. And that's a word I'd use to describe my life. Perfect. To give you a little introduction about me, let me start by explaining the most important aspects of my life. I have a loving family. There's my sarcastic, yet surprisingly sweet brother, my beautiful mother (both in looks and spirit) and my stern, yet humorous father. I have the best best friend, Charlotte and I have an amazing boyfriend, Theo. I'm quite beautiful and popular too which I'm not saying to brag, I'm just stating the truth. So that is my life. The life of Tia-Jade Garcia. *** What she didn't know was that every high has a low and that the higher you rise, the lower you fall and the more painful that fall is. Follow her story as she loses everybody she ever cared for and thereby her happiness. See her fight all of her demons by herself. Watch her fall in love...with herself because the only person's love you'll always need is yours. This is her self-love story.

CRINGE WARNING! First book I ever wrote on here!! -- "Sometimes the person who you are willing to take a bullet for is the person behind the gun." I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest. They say the blood runs deeper than water, and I believe it, because even though the people that we love can turn on us and begin to hate us, they are only human, meaning that soon they will begin to see how short life really is and how it is not to be wasted. People who seem perfect and they look like they have no floors'; they are the people who are suffering, like I was. But I found my savior in the most uncommon place. He was able to look through my mask, he saw the cracks, and tried to fix the broken girl that hid away deep inside the girl who only wanted to be seen as 'fine'. I slowly began to find comfort and safety in him, and I did the same to him. We were two broken people becoming whole. Someone once said when you pass, if you can count your true friends on one hand you are beyond lucky, and I even though I did not like the person that lay before me, I know that he once had true friends, including me. I'm a 17 year old girl who has suffered more than any other, beginning to believe that 'Hope' was just another word the people throw around. Until I fell in love with a badboy. Writing a memoir at only fifteen years old has taught me a lot. Giving me the time to reflect on the lessons I learned the hard way and the mistakes I've made thus far. I learned, if there is at least two sides to every story, there is at least two sides to every person. What could be a smile is a broken heart in a deeper reality. We all live in a society where nothing is as it seems, the people being more complex and astonishing than the countless novels we read. And in a world ruled by tragedies, we are the survivors. Getting through our own history, more important to us then what we read in school. We take our story one page at a time, word by word because in the end, it will all be worth it. I dedicate this memoir to the people who have been with me on my journey of self discovery, even if only in spirit. Mom- Who has made non stop sacrifices to ensure my happiness and well being. Nothing would be possible without you! Grandma- Who has inspired me and made a huge influence to the person I am now and who I'll be in the future. Callie- My own personal slave, illustrator, editor and full time best friend. You know I love you <3 Ariana Grande- My celebrity inspiration, showing me that it's ok to "love who you love, no one can judge, follow your heart and don't give up", getting me through the long and lonely nights. Be sure to buy her new album "Moonlight", hopefully to be released this year and her new fragrance "Ari" in accordance to the "Be You" campaign. Adam Young (Of Owl City)- My first artist I listened to, your songs make me think of the past and the new adventures to come. Sam Tsui- The album "Make it up" taught me to not be scared of not knowing what's going to happen next. Being young and naive Isn't necessarily a bad thing, as it brings way to new experiences, to be vulnerable and crying doesn't make you any less of a person. That we're all human and it's ok to embrace it.
