They say that in the Philippines, it isn't enough to be talented. For young artists to succeed, you need a loveteam. You also need a strong team to bring you through all the challenges of showbiz where everything is a competition. James comes from a prominent family while his loveteam partner, Krystal, is a child star. They've been in a loveteam since they were just 13 and for the longest of times, were #1. But when Quen, an indie actor, and Janine, an extra who built her way up the ladder, are paired together and find surprise success, they find their status as number one challenge and the two loveteams engage in a fierce rivalry.
But just as Janine and Quen are supposed to start shooting for their first teleserye, Janine suddenly vanishes without a trace.
Unaware of showbiz drama, on a small island, lives a girl named Nadine. Circumstances force her to move to Manila to earn money to pay for her grandmother's hospital bills. Upon arriving, she's met with flashing cameras and hoarded with questions, all pertaining to Janine, who she discovers looks exactly like her.
In need of money, she agrees to pretend to be Janine and is thrusted into the unfamiliar world of showbiz. Oblivious to all its rules, she finds herself caught in all of the drama and web of secrets as she tries her best to survive while trying to discover who she is, what really happened to Janine, all while battling her growing feelings of affection for her rival from another love team, James

That version is set in Japan, so eto naman yung Pinoy version (i changed a few things, added some other scenes). JaDine (since bagay naman talaga sa kanila) because it's easy to imagine this in my head with them as the "cast." Though, medyo iba ang roles nila dito (lalo na ni James) compared sa mga naging roles nila. -Think of this as a movie. (fail!)
