For years, dragonkind and humankind had been at war, alternating between short-lived truces and all out warfare. In this age, however, humankind had subdued the proud dragonkind and turned them into slaves. Brands seared into their arms with the mark of a weeping dragon; the symbol of their defeat. Darin vehemently hated the mistreatment of the dragonkind, and when a branded runaway boy crossed his path, he made him his apprentice to protect him. Something had to be done. But in a strange turn of events, Darin found himself the leader of a peculiar band of travelers: His new apprentice, a brooding warrior, and an elven healer. Although he rarely traveled with others, he began to enjoy it as a long-term arrangement as days turned into weeks. Yet Amaredeia was still healing its war-ravaged wounds, and the cries of rebellion and anguish rose again. Could he really continue denying the calls of his apprentice's people? ❅| "Even a vastness can no longer shelter you... or engulf your dream." ⊱⋅ ──────────── ⋅⊰ [UNDER EDITING/REDRAFTING - latest chapter: 6] To a world seemingly shrouded in a cloak of safety and eternal peace, death is an unimaginable concept. Yet for those whose rule of life was mere survival, perhaps that's a different situation. For those who stood in the face of adversity, for those who refused to give in to the castigation of their lives, life has no sweetness to it. Merely the bitter tang of a blood-chilling revenge. To avenge a loved one or perhaps even their own pain, the murderous intent behind their deceitful eyes is unmistakable. For to them, lamenting about the past is a life lost to the cruel hands of fate. What happens when a woman as brilliant as the morning sun provides a haven in one's dreams? What happens when she, despite the agonies life carried, says to abandon everything right here and now and leave? Alcestis did not need to be told twice. Seizing the chance to escape the horrible clutches of her grandparents, she sets out on a journey to find the Elementals - a band of heroes protecting the human realm from those that lied beyond, headed by her parents. She knew of the darkness that festered within her; she knew of the hatred that danced in her heart. More than anything, she knew the extents of how fragmented her soul was. What, perhaps, would unfold when she sets out on her journey, leaving behind the world she knew; leaving behind what hopefulness remained in her battered heart? None would heed her an answer, indeed. None save for the rage that tainted her being.

*Book #1 In The Crashing Series* A long time ago, people used to think that Earth would be taken over by aliens. That we would all be destroyed from their advanced technology and uncaring demeanor towards Earthlings and our entire mass population in general. That we would be picked off like mice in a locked maze, all fighting to save ourselves, all trying to get to the cheese that was freedom. But we didn't know that the only thing that would destroy us would inevitably be ourselves. We didn't know that our planet was dying before our very eyes and our countries were at constant war with each other, each fighting for more power. More money. More everything. We didn't know....Until it was too late. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Set in the year 2655, Earth has been completely demolished by poverty, famine and war, leaving nothing behind but a handful of survivors and most of the population relocated to space stations. Onboard the Celestial, one of the main stations in the galaxies, is 21 year old Mabel "Mae" Minerva. Forced to board the Celestial as a child many years ago along with her younger sister, Mae has always felt out of place in the galaxy, always preferring to spend her time rebuilding old space equipment then seeking the company of other humans. Though when a rumor is spread that her mother may be alive back on Earth, Mae springs into action to steal an armored spacecraft in hopes to save her mother from an unnatural death back on Earth. But when her miscalculations and malfunctioning ship takes her off course, she crash lands on a planet deemed to be uninhabitable. Until she meets an alien who burns hotter then the sun and who knows too much, and too little, about her kind.

No one ever said what would happen when dragons and aliens meet. And no one told me that I would be in the middle of it. Tasha was studying hard to get through her last year of university when she was kidnapped. She certainly didn't expect to wake up with four feet and wings. Mad scientists are bad enough, but things get even more complicated when aliens appear and wipe out the human race. Is there a way for her to hide her true identity in this new world while retaining her humanity? --------------------- Sneak Peek: I jumped over the lip of the tray and beat down hard with my wings. I had expected to only slow my fall; I had not expected to end up gaining so much height. I squawked in surprise and spread my wings wide in alarm before gravity regained its hold on me. With several awkward back-winging motions of my wings, I landed lightly on the floor. Well, at least I know my wings work. I glanced at the man in the corner as he was scribbling quick notes. I turned around to regard the tray again. They say practice makes perfect. With another hop and a single wingbeat, I managed to land in the sand tray with fanned wings slowing my momentum. That was much more graceful. But a wing-assisted hop wasn't true flight. And I still wasn't on the windowsill. ---------------------------- Entire semi-polished draft can be read on Wattpad. Welcome to the final novel, the final stage of the Indigo Apocalypse series. Huntor and Sydney, along with Sarah and Leia pulled a desperate move during their battle and brought the Dark Queen into the indigo world and away from her armada. As they did, Amala, Amelia, and Daitengu destroyed the rest of her fleet. Through Dragon Inferno, we went through the past and present, learning just how Kitana and Briella managed the Symbol while Huntor was gone, and just how the world was living with no sun and the threat of their nightmares coming to life. As the clock ticked, Huntor assembled the Rogue Armada, his official fleet to sail to the Dragon's Triangle to face the Dark Queen. Though our heroes have a small victory, and managed to destroy the Dark Queen's armada, he, she, they, are still at large and still intends on destroying the world as we know it. Now, in this action packed final novel, Huntor and Sydney must do everything they can to bring back light to the dark, and restore order to both the human world and the indigo world. With the clock reset, they must gather forces across the Indigo Continent, from the Snow Kingdom, to the Molten Kingdom. From new places like Dodona and Lykanthropos forest. Yet in every part of the continent, each of our heroes are tested against near life threatening stakes. Each of them will have to fight, bleed, and push their way through to gather the forces they'll need to destroy the Dark Queen once and for all.
