Cameo Churchill lives the life of a circus freak, which isn't all that easy, but loves it in every sense of the way.
When Cameo's friend and guardian, Bishop, an Angel of Heaven, is kidnapped and taken to a horrible freak show—where he is chained all hours of the day except for show time, and is abused if he is defiant—no one knows the location to.
Cameo sets out to retrieve her friend, along with the help of her two vampire friends who bring along another vampire, and an ex-circus freak whose been hunting down the terrible freak-show for years, Jean Krushnic.
