In a world where strange abilities exist, a young man acquires the power to turn anything he wishes into gold- a power that represents his inner greed. Rising up in the world and climbing up the ranks to be his own boss of a team of carefully selected members, the man known as Midas is a cunning force to be reckoned with and perhaps one of if not the most powerful man in the world. Greedy for heads as much as he is for money, he has a whole trophy wall dedicated to the fallen agents that had suffered under his golden touch. 

But when he meets the pure and innocent Rosemary "Rosie" Black who has no evil desire in her heart, he wonders what makes the girl want to so desperately be involved in the agency that has sacrificed and killed lives in a never ending war. His world is a dangerous one and he is not a nice man, but he can't help but be tempted to taint her with his touch. And likewise, she can't help but be drawn to the man who has a heart of gold deep down.

This is an Agent Jones x Reader Fortnite fanfiction story that takes place during the Chapter 2, Season 6 Zero Crisis event and continues throughout the future seasons. Here's a summary: Y/N has been stuck in the Loop for a long time now, and throughout their time in it, they've witnessed a lot of events occur. Out of all of them, though, there was one particular event that interested them the most. A special one that involved the Device. It was during Y/N's time as a Ghost agent. When Midas finally showed his true allegiance, he activated the Device, attempting to push back the Storm. That wasn't all it did, though. It also managed to transport Y/N to the Bridge for a few, short times. During those times, they always ended up in some sort of office, hearing many voices outside of it. The last time, though, was when they met Agent Jones, who was a member of the Imagined Order at the time. About 10 months have passed since the Device event, with Y/N continuing to think about who that strange man was. However, they would soon meet again when the IO loses control of the Zero Point, forcing Jones to betray the organization and get help from the Seven, along with a surprise companion as well. A companion with some unanswered questions and an interest to get to know the sharp-looking man. All rights go to Epic Games and all the other developers of Fortnite.

She knew that that was the end. ...Or was it? Two weeks later she opens her eyes and finds out that she somehow got in a hospital. But when she looks around, something feels off... As she realises that the body isn't hers- at least not up until then. She is now a six year old girl named Kaisa Hämäläinen. She learns that Kaisa is an orphan who got into the hospital from the accident that caused her parents' death. She now has to adjust to her new life knowing that she is stuck in a child's body. And things only get more complicated from then when she finds out she has superpowers (definitely not a normal childhood experience) in quite an unpleasant way and gets kidnapped...
