A gangster queen does not have a crown on her head and does not wear any gown and sits on a throne. But a leader of gangsters and simply called as the queen of gangsters. It is inherited from the ancestor of the ancestor passed to the next clan in a family only one person will be a queen to a woman and king to a man of gangsters. 

You can forgive when there is enough reasons but if there is none you should not even think twice about killing. Gangsters are like Mafia World as if there is no difference. Your role as queen or king cannot be stopped for any reason. Your position cannot simply be stopped. Whether you were born to be the queen and king of the gangster or not, when you inherit or are handed this position, there is nothing you can do but accept it wholeheartedly even if you don't want to.
