In times of old, in a land different of our own. Mana and magic are a way of life. Follow me on this potentially inspiring journey through the lives of aspiring mages just trying to have fun. I say 'follow me' because I myself am new to this type of thing. Hopefully I am able to inspire people enough to create their own adaptations of it. That would mean more to me than any good review. And hey, maybe I really can get good at this sorta thing as I go.

Identity crisis? What's that? ---- An earthling's soul was born into an incompatible, human body. Their muscles misbehaved, their skin and body felt like a rigid shell, and their weak constitution left little options for any activities outside of paperwork, books and anything on a screen at home. Then the divine beings tried to correct the mistake and removed the mismatched soul from its unfitting body, slinging it to a distant world with a new body to control. The human flesh-prison replaced with the unlimited options of a shapeshifter, the soul has now a magic-filled world to explore. Grow fur for a mountain hike, grow gills and fins for a deep dive. It's time to catch up on decades worth of missed travels and activities. But who wants to deal with the flesh-craving predators called shapeshifters? Another global purge could start, if the freshly transferred soul shows its abilities too much. ---- The rankings are a mystery to me - especially after this story made it to No. 1 under the shapeshifter tag (and others). Welcome to fantasy amateur hours! This is my first time writing that kind of novel. Hopefully there's a bit of improvement along the way. Feel free to tell me what works or not! Occasionally drowning in irl-work, so chapters will be published semi-regularly, whenever I find some time to write. (Usually updated at least once per week.) The Devil's Masquerade
Ever heard of the saying 'Don't dance with the devil?' Well, you better pray you don't have to Dance with the She Devil. ------------------------------------------------- They say history repeats itself in an endless cycle until humanity learns the lessons being taught. Just like an endless dance; People meet, waltz, fall in love, marry, and then die a tragic death. For thousands of years, humans lived and thrived with the naive belief that they were the only ones who existed. There were humans that did believe and sought to find out the truth. It is rare that a human is aware of the world that lives among them. Silent and ever watching as eternity stretched out before them. ------------------------------------------ UPDATED NOTE: Hey guys, I am so sorry I just disappeared for a while. Life went chaotic so mental stability was not in the plan for a long time. Now, this is going to be going through some adjustments because it has been so long since a lot of the original events that I planned actually happened in my life plus a lot of new ones. So, bear with me, I hope the ones who liked my book so far still stick with me as I struggle through this. Thank you so much and let us hope 2022 goes better in terms of my writing! Children of Adaygue Book 1: Mad World
Book One. It's a strange, even mad world indeed. A world where magic once long ago filled the air, and was felt within everything, until humanity explored it's potential for power, destruction, and war. And with it came the true nature of it: Chaos, the source of magic. It nearly ripped apart creation, and thus, some legendary hero took sealed it away to protect the creation from destruction- Adaygue, Great Mother to everyone. She became the deity to protect magic, and her followers called herself "Children of Adaygue". 3135 years later, after countless of wars, magic flickers and loses its meaning. But the people "blessed by Adaygue" face segregation, racism, and exploitation from the countries they live in. The story revolves around a group of people from all over the world: Madleine and Marik Winterfeldt, siblings by choice and Gene, a young noble living in the old Holy Empire of German Nation, a nation riddled with magical infested rifts as literal scars of war, and in continuesly danger of being at war again with it's powerful neigbour, The Holy French Empire of the Sun. On the other side of the planet, in the United Kingdom of America, magic abled people have more possibility to work with their "blessing", if it is viewed more useful. This means to fight against giant beasts from faultlines, that have strange connections to rifts. There is a band of people quite successful with it and one in particular is celebrated like a popstar: Hades, (self-declared) God of the Underworld, trying to survive a world where the only worth a person like him is how much money he generates for the large companies called "guilds". It's a world ruled by chaos. A mad world indeed.

This is a Story of Nathaniel Mendoza, 18 years old gamer high school boy. this is about Nathaniel got reincarnated to the new world after he died by a prank by his best friend that ended up his heart got instantly stopped. let's just say... The guy was addicted to games and died at a very early age. Got into a new world that was full of magic. How can a guy survive it in the new world? [This is my first time making this, so please. Dreamoria - Echoes from the Beyond
Imagine this: drifting off to sleep, only to awaken in a world beyond your wildest dreams. You find yourself in a different civilization, at different point in time, where magic is a part of daily life with extraordinary laws of physics. There, free energy powers everything, immortality is a given, telepathy, telekinesis, elemental mastery and manipulation of matter are facts of reality. A realm where the science of interstellar and interdimensional space travel is taught in schools and vacations are spent on other planets of different galaxies in multiple universes. Pain and sickness are non existent and light energy (intelligent and infinitely abundant in the multiverse) creates all you'll ever need. You regularly reunite with loved ones from the past and future, living in harmony, never aging and angels are amongst the general population. That, is part of the reality I call my life - more specifically, since my 13th birthday. Before understanding what it all meant, I had to go through some experiences - a subtle and gradual initiation, which shifted my beliefs and ways of how I approached/ viewed the world. My conclusion: Now, currently 33 years old (in 2024), I feel comfortable with the research I've done, reaching a point where reality to me - is the dream and the dreams, are the real reality! And, it all started with that one vision I got, as I had just turned 13. It made life look like a big simulation, partly fabricated... like in a game. Thus, I am writing this book as a kind of journal/ a collection of the key dreams, visions and astral travels I have had - all filled with adventure, magic, romance and experiences from parallel lives that helped me explore the true nature of humanity within all of creation. I could as well be super-crazy but... I will leave that to you, to decide. Just take it all in with a hint of skepticism, self-discernment and an open mind. I died in my previous life because of an incurable disease. I thought My life has ended "It's the end for me" but seems like I had another story waiting for me. "Oh My baby...!" A beautiful women in her mid 30's called. I guess she's my mother. "She looks just like you" A handsome Man also in his mid 30's said. He must be my father. "Wow...! She's soo tiny" A boy atleast 5-6 year old. At last, He's my brother. "What should we name her, honey?" My father asked. "Shurina. Shurina Agnes" My mother named me. Wait- Shurina? Agnes??? ISN'T IT THE NAME OF A SIDE CHARACTER IN THE NOVEL "Saintess that runs a business"??!!! What do I do? It seems like I've been reincarnated in a Novel that I read in my past life. Hmph. But who cares?! I'll live my life lavishly!! "Shurina!!! Let's hangout!" Oh. I forgot. Shurina Agnes was the FL's Bestfriend. What is reality? I was John-now Charlie, a woman with a VR game tester's cunning and a professional whiskey enthusiast's attitude. But then AIs have risen, and my job evaporated faster than last night's drink. Just when I hit rock bottom, this punk kid-barely old enough to shave-dropped a bombshell: "Reality's just a simulation." Sure, buddy. I laughed it off. Until I woke up twenty years in the past. Now, thanks to a hacking mishap, I'm a regular girl in reality-with a debt and an attitude-navigating Rimelion, the VR game I once mastered, as Charlie, an elven priestess with more than a few tricks up her sleeve. Seriously though, fighting in high heels? Will I claw my way up the nobility ladder? Dominate the rankings? Outwit the government and their plans to exploit us all? Maybe. But something's off. The game feels too real. My memories don't line up, and everyone has their own version of what's true. Simulation? Reality? The lines are a blur-and I'm stuck in the middle. If I want to stop a dystopian future, I'll need allies, both in-game and out. Oh, and avoid ticking off the AIs hunting me for bending the rules.
