It's been 25 years since the rebellion ended & the Hunger Games were created. Every 25th year comes the Quarter Quell-a wicked twist on the already cruel Games. In place of randomly drawing names, this year's tributes are chosen by the citizens, who vote on who they want chosen as tribute. 17-year-old Katri Wellwood of District 8 is chosen to represent her district, nobody believing in her. But will her secret past be able to bring her to victory?
