Edith Bordeaux, French name American girl. She works at the cafe right next to the flat of the once dead consulting detective Sherlock Holmes. She's happy to not be noticed by him, in fear that he will deduce the dark history she has... But what happens when the two meet when they both go to the wedding of Mary Morstan and John Watson? Edith knows who Mary truly is and Sherlock does not, so she keeps her distance. Apparently it isn't enough though, Edith's avoidance intrigues the consulting detective and he gets caught in her web of secrets and danger with a dark and deadly past with no other than his nemesis, James Moriarty. Pretty soon, that dark and deadly past resurfaces as Moriarty returns and is out for revenge. Edith starts to realize that she should've never played with a fire that could burn brighter than she could and now it's all about a battle of wits, corruption, and skill.
