Etta Hartley was born into a prestigious family of equestrians. The Hartley family dominated the sport, they trained some of the best and defeated some of the best to solidify their legacy. Here in Forth Worth, Texas they were well known for being one of the first and only black families to own a equestrian school. Most loved it of course but not so many others. Etta's parents were looking into retirement, Estelle and Garrison Hartley. Etta has her whole life in front of her, a wedding to plan, and young equestrians to train.
Etta's parents need to make sure that their equestrian school is going to be in good hands but is Etta the right person for the job?
Dawson Ridgeway is at his prime, he's ranked number 2 in the world of professional bull riding. Dawson has one goal and one goal only, to beat his rival, Jettison Lockwood. The Lockwood's came from old money and so did the Ridgeway's. With old money comes jealousy and family feuds but with someone in common.. Etta.
