Doctor Salvator, psychiatrist to the criminally insane at Arkham Asylum has had a change in career after the death of her Fiance.
Now Detective Salvator of the GCPD, she must enlist the questionable help of a previous patient to help her find the source of the new drug that has made it's way from Starling City.
Vertigo is ripping through Gotham at an alarming rate and death comes to most who take it.
Can the Detective find the dealers and save the Narrows before it becomes too late?
Or will the grudge or lust of her criminally insane helper prove to be too much?

That' s why she teams up with Scarecrow to break out Joker, Riddler, and Two Face out of Arkham. With their skills and her plan nothing can stop them... right? Batman has always taken down these criminals before so what's to stop the Dark Knight from doing it again? One of the lunatics is hiding something, others are being killed, and in the end? Gotham will fall, Specter will not rest until she can fulfill her duty, but what if unplanned things begin to get in the way?
