Izuku is born with a quirk. he has the powers of Danny phantom. he can fly, become invisible, he is super strong, fast, tough, he can walk through walls and make clones, he can fire beams of energy. he also has a ghost form where he has white hair red eyes and a outfit and no the dp is not there that wouldn't make sense.
