They live in a world where they are not allowed to follow their heart's desire. The government is homophobic and has deemed anything related to LGBTQ+ a crime, and not everyone is accepting.

Alex
They are gender-fluid and bisexual and is constantly switching from one gender to the next. The (worst) (part) is, Alex is one of the rare few with rainbow colored wings. She has dyed her wings black in order to (avoid persecution), but in a world where anything that disrupts the status quo can be punishable by death, Alex is in danger.

Alistair
Despite sitting atop the hierarchy surrounded by immense wealth, Alistair feels unsatisfied. Forced to always put on a façade of hate, when given the chance to escape his cruel world and truly be himself, will he take it?

Sara
She has always believed that everyone has good in their hearts, no matter what they have done.
