The title of this story is credited to Lady Antebellum. They own the song where this story's title was based. It was taken from one of their albums, "Ocean," which was released in 2019. I was so moved by the music that I decided to write a story around it.

Eikosi Emerald Gamboa has been living her whole life being a princess. The one and only girl from her family, having the greatest brothers that will do everything to give her the life she wanted.

But something happened that made her want to leave the Philippines, for good. She left with a single thought in mind. She's never coming back no matter how hard the circumstances are.

But no matter how far you run, when a problem comes up. You can't ever make it disappear in an instant. Yes, you can run from it but in no time you'll be needing to face it all with a braver heart.
