Dominica Amell was the image of a typical boss lady, worked harder, learnt harder and always striving to achieve something big, something out of the world.



"Only I will have to go, I'm sorry."



Dominica along with her best friend sets out to solve the mystery of tutankhamun,the egyptian pharaoh by going back in time.
She sets out to gain fame in the world but does not think of the fact that time is not something to be messed with. 


"You?! What are you doing here, how did you get here?! What do you want?!?!"


But she doesn't know that someone else had pushed himself through the loopholes of her plan.
Basilah, a man who knew only one word. Power.

When things get messed up,  the aim which Dominica came for, does it stay the same or something else tops her priority list?

And yes, this is my first story so things might get messed up, some parts might get crappy, but it's all worth it in the end.
I am not one of those where they say it's the first story and BAM! It's perfect.
Just know I have worked hard on this and it might not be perfect but it's definitely worth the shot, worth your time.

Have you ever had one of those terrible yet annoyingly pivotal moments? You know, that monumental fragment of time that flips everything you have ever known. That plot twist second that completely takes you by surprise. The one just before the storm hits and everything goes to hell. Yes? Because you see, that moment happens to be my whole damn life. It wasn't always like this though. I used to have a pretty mundane existence, happy to just get good grades and be around my friends. God I wish I could get that simplicity back, I'd never complain it was boring again. But I know I'm not going to ever get back my old life because well... I died. (Kinda) But I woke up. And I was thrilled, beyond grateful I wasn't dead. But then I realized that there was one minor detail that had changed about my reality. Together they were able to rebuild everything and although they had to restart, they never gave up and pushed forward, making the society we know now. As years went by, they got older and decided every 60 years all who turn 18 that year will have to take an exam. Then depending on their knowledge of a certain topic, they will be put into classes and be monitored for 5 years while learning the field of their choosing. With a special section for The Divine, for they had to take all the courses. The only catch would be once you had chosen what you would be studying, you could no longer change it. Anyone could take the places, gender and sexuality were not an issue. When the 5 years are up, 2 students with the highest grades from each section will be chosen, except in the case of The Divine. The work load to support an entire country can be hard on one person so that is why they had chosen to pick two people so that the work was divided, they were on equal footings. This year was when the new candidates were being chosen and it was during my lifetime. Will Mia be able to get through her hardships in one piece or will it be a walk in the park?!
