"how you really been?" Kentrell asked enjoying his old friend new appearance. "don't lie again neither"

she giggled and pushed a piece of her hair behind her ear a trait he remembered from years ago.

"good" he nodded slowly licking his lips and standing up straight towering her small frame. "you still lied"

"how have you been is the question? you poppin n shit now. I see you, doin' big shit" she amped him up and he chuckled lowly still fucking with her upbeat personality.

"I been ight" he shrugged. "ain't much to say" she crosses her arms rolling her brown eyes playfully. "mhm you ain't gots to lie kentrell"

"ain't nobody lying to you girl" he stepped a lil closer to her. "I missed you tho. thought bout you a lot"

she smiled slightly. "I got your letters" kentrell's face scrunched up. "I know yo' nugget head ass got my shit. why you ain't say nun? A nigga numba changed a few times but I always membered yo' address"

her face blushed finding it sweet but then knew they use to write each other often when he was locked up before he became YoungBoy.

"I couldn't" she mumbled lowly. he looked at her weirdly. "I gotta get goin' ok?" she grabbed her backpack from next to her, stood up off her porch, and quickly made her way inside one story home.

Kentrell looked at the beat up white old door for a second before turning around and starting his way back to his moms house across the street.

"Grayson, what are you doing?" I asked, slowly, walking into his house. He was sitting on a bar stool in the kitchen, facing the view of the city lights. Grayson was surrounded by open bottles of beers and alcohol. When he turned around, I did what most people wouldn't do, I looked directly into his eyes. His eyes were like a book, telling a story to ones who dared to look at them. Hurt, confusion, and sadness written all over his drooping, bloodshot eyes. He didn't answer me, making me step closer to him, "You okay?" I asked. "Yeah," he whispered with the rare smile I've seen only a few times through the time I've known him. Though this one is different. It was depressing. "No, you're not." He sighed. He didn't say anything back, but we both knew what he was going to say. He knew what he was feeling right now, even though he wasn't sober. He knew. "I wanna fix you." I whispered, shocking myself. His smile vanished, almost immediately. He looked away from me, his eyes back to the city lights, "Me too."He whispered. *•*•*•* Stereotypes shape today's society, especially with Grayson Watts. He's the schools bad boy, making girls go all over him, but I, Bailey Winters, or so I thought. I'm the girl that's usually too busy reading and doing homework than to go out and stalk guys. Somehow, Grayson and I cross paths and something about me made us become close enough to be called, 'friends.' With our new found friendship, I learned that bad boys, too, could be broken. Highest rank #27 in Teen Fiction. Written by @apricitys. _ _ _ "What is this?" He asked, not even bothering to look at the canvas in front of me. Instead, his eyes were locked in mine. I swallowed my saliva, chills running down my spine. I felt my palms getting sweaty as my legs nervously started bouncing up and down. Without giving me time to answer, he took a step closer to me, eyes still locked in mine. Each time he inched closer, I used my right foot to slowly push myself and the stool back. It seemed to be the only option to get away from him; until he forced his hands below the sides of my thighs, holding the stool in place. He released a soft chuckle as he eyed me from my eyes, down to my lips. "You're beautiful," he said. From his voice, I couldn't tell if he was being serious, or messing around. It sounded sincere, however there was a smirk on his face. The smirk that he always has on his face when he's found an amusing target. Then he averted his attentions back to my eyes. His expressions softened up the moment his eyes landed back on mine. His smirk disappeared. I cleared my throat and broke the eye contact. I looked down at my palms as I rubbed the sweat against my jeans, "What do you want, Landon?" I asked, almost whispering. I felt his hand brushing against my right cheek, as he tilts my chin up to look back at him. His messy brown hair, his light blue eyes and his pink soft lips were just centimeters from mine. I felt his breath lingering on the upper tip of my lip. In a panic, I pressed my palms against his chest and push him off. He stumbled back with a surprised look on his face. "Aubrey." _ _ _ Landon Carthy is an arrogant boy, who knowns to have absolutely no care in the world. Making girls suffer feels great to him. His hands got caught in my hair as he kissed me harder. Our tongues danced together and he shoved me up against the wall. My fingernails scraped down his bare back and he lifted me up to wrap my legs around his waist. He kissed a trail down to my neck and then froze. “You’ve been smoking.” He said pulling away from me. I sighed as he set me down and took a step away from me. “I smoked once today, ok? It’s not that big of a deal.” “Lissa!” Jace shouted at me. “You promised you’d stop! You said you were done with drugs a long time ago.” “I promised a lot of things that I never did!” I screamed back him. He raked his hands through his hair and started pacing. “Drugs aren’t good for you, Lissa. You need to stop.” “You can’t control my life.” I snapped. “I won’t be with you if you’re too high to remember any of it.” “Then maybe I’ll go back with Trey.” **** Lissa finally decides to go back to her families vacation house for the summer. She’d always been treated as ‘one of the boys’ by the other kids who went to the vacation house. The twins were finally eighteen and had convinced all of the parents to let the teenagers spend time at the house for the summer. Trey and Jace, the good lucking twins, haven’t seen Melissa in two years because she’d been skipping the family vacation even though her own twin Ian had tagged along. They remember her as the slightly chubby, underdeveloped, nerdy girl that they treated like a brother; but boy are they in for a surprise when she walks in the door looking completely different. She also has another secret neither of them knows about, how shocked will they be when they find out? With all of their longtime friends, the beach, the sun, and the freedom they’re sure to get into loads of trouble, and fun. But will romance ruin a friendship? This is the sequel to The Cheerleader and The Bad Boy. Although reading that book is not necessary to read this one.
