Izuku Midoriya was born quirkless. He wanted to be a hero. He would charge headfirst into dangerous situations. He had a habit of mumbling to himself. He cried, alot.
But there are other things he didn't know: who his father was, what exactly his relationship with Bakugou is, why he flinches from unexpected contact.

You see, the rest of the population didn't have powers at all, as these 20% of people were, what people call: Quirkless. And Izuku was one of them.
