Since 1979, The NYPD have had their hands full, even more so than usual. Fraud, embezzlement, robberies, arsons, murders, kidnappings, rigged elections and political corruption are just the tip of the iceberg. Their forces are stretched thinner than they would like, the populace is in fear for their lives. Little do they know, the culprit is hiding right under their noses: The CEO of Gray Wolf Financing. (Inspired by a role play I've done with a good friend of mine)
