After being experimented on since she was 2 years old to answer the age-old question: can quirks be created by society and can the people who are given these quirks be controlled by the government? Thankfully Gaby and her siblings were saved, raised in a society that accepts quirks, and were sent to UA to hone their skills and forget their pasts.
