Louise Daae is the older sister of Christine Daae. With a painful past centered around music and the death of her father, Louise struggles to open up to others. With her only companions being her sister, Meg Giry, and Meg's cousin Julliete who is Louise's best friend. That is until the night she witnesses her sister taken by a mysterious masked man.

Erik has lived his life in isolation and despair. Hiding under the guise of a ghost, with a mask hiding his deepest insecurities and terrors he desires the talent and affection of Christine Daae. He had no reason to take interest in Louise. Until she discovers he is her sister's tutor, and becomes a difficult obstacle in his plans.

Louise and Erik at first see each other as enemies, but soon both begin to peel back one another's layers. Louise realizes just how much pain Erik carries, and Erik realizes he's not the only one in this opera house behind a mask.

Louise proves to be wise beyond her years, yet those around her push her away whenever she tries to prevent them from ending up in places they'll regret.

When all is said and done, what will Louise be left to deal with when the boom falls on the opera house, and the phantom within?
