Bred on Kamino, CT-4789 aka Jack, was assigned to the 212th Attack Battalion under the command of Commander Cody and Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi but would occasionally be assigned to Jedi General Anakin Skywalker and Jedi Commander Ahsoka Tano and Captain Rex. He served from the Second Battle of Geonosis up until the Battle of Utapau where he carried out Protocol 66 when ordered by Sith Lord Darth Sidious. He now serves the Empire under the command of the mysterious Darth Vader but he has discovered something unique about himself and he must leave the Empire before he is executed.

Clone Order 66 was the time when all Jedi died. All the Knights, padawans, and children of the force, dead. All but one, me. The clones killed them all. Every clone turned. All except three, Gregor, Rex, and Wolffe. My best friend was among the ones who turned. His name was Jack. After he shot down my master, I fled. I left with the three clones still on my side. I never wanted to see Jack again. I'm an untrained Jedi, without a master, running from the Sith that want me dead. How did this happen? My parents disappeared and my sister died in an explosion caused by the republic forces, almost 10 years ago! I thought I'd never see any of them again, I was wrong. During an un-planned rescue, I learned of a message from an old Jedi master. I regret my instant reaction to the instructions I was given. I've been told poems that don't make any sense by ghosts. Don't call me insane, I know I am. One of them drills into me and I can't get it out. The ghost had told me, they loved droids so much, they became one. I don't know who they are? Me? Let's hope not. Star Wars The Clone Wars: Forgotten Stories of the 501st
A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.... War has stretched across the Galaxy! Peaceful systems are plunged into the heat of battle, with many being ill equipped to thwart back the overwhelming separatist forces led by Count Dooku and General Grievous. One legion in the grand army of the Republic seeks to turn the tide, and bring peace and order back to the oppressed systems under the CIS. The 501st, led by the Young General Skywalker and Commander Tano, are dispatched on a grueling and treacherous mission to the planet of Mygeeto. Their mission is to retrieve stolen DNA samples from the Clone facilities on Kamino, with the separatists on the planet led by Admiral Tonkin, seeking to create a virus with the potential to wipe out the entire clone army and provide a swift and insurmountable defeat to the Republic! (Note: All characters, Locations, and Lore presented in this Fan Fic are of the property of Lucasfilm and Disney. This is my personal interpretation of a segment from the clone wars era. Betrayal (Star Wars Fanfiction)
The Clone Wars end, Chancellor Palpatine is revealed as the Sith Lord and taken down by the Jedi, the chips are found and deactivated, Order 66 never happens and the Clones are finally given the rights they deserve for all they've done. All is well. And yet, the fighting doesn't seem to be over. A deeply wounded Republic, left reeling from a war orchestrated by its own leader, desperately needs someone to blame for the all the death and chaos in the Galaxy, the deception by the Sith and the suffering across the systems. With the true perpetrator dead, it eventually sets its sight on the Jedi and turns its back on them. The Jedi themselves, exhausted by the long years of battle and hardships, don't defend themselves while the Clones watch horrified as the ones who stood by their side throughout all the horror and bloodshed are scorned and shunned by the very thing they swore to protect.

When Obi-Wan and the 212th capture the young Sith they've been fighting repeatedly throughout the war, Cody didn't expect to get put in charge of watching over him. Anakin might be a Sith, but he's nothing like Cody expected. He understands the clones in a way the Jedi never have and he understands what they are, better than maybe Cody himself.Complete
