Emergent

Nastasia is a new coming hero, her first year being a pro and already she's earned her place as Russia's number one hero. She's earned her place in the rankings, just as much as she's earned the respect of all of Russia's heroes.
When her life has just truly began and she thought she had found her place, everything falls apart. During a big battle with Russia's biggest villain, Nastasia loses control of her quirk. It ends with another pro hero dead, and her leaving Russia in shame.
Wanting to place distance she travels to Japan, where a childhood friend of hers lives. Upon her appearance, the government is wary of the former number one hero. To ensure there are eyes placed on her at all times, and to avoid her losing control, they place her under probation with the watchful eyes of UA. As Eraserhead is a teacher there, the government had found the one person they figured could control the hero.
Nastasia figured a fresh start in Japan would be good. She didn't think the crime would be as much as Russia, nor did she think she would be helping teach such brash and powerful students.
