Independence was something she never felt until she went to college. She's reserved and always plans out her next move to make sure she never ends up in the wrong place.
Except her next move didn't anticipate Carter. He took her off her path showing her so much more.
Carter James is the best player on the Yale hockey team, he leads them to the Frozen Four just during his freshman year. When he's not being praised on the ice he's at parties going from girl to girl. He says his sole focus is hockey, that he doesn't have the time for a relationship. He has only ever wanted hockey but what happens when he wants her?
Now, what happens when Teagan befriends the known Carter James? It was his idea to be friends and Teagan had no problem with that. She wasn't planning to be another notch on his bedpost. He shows her a path where she doesn't plan anything, but instead of her falling for him. It's him falling for her. Are his priorities still what they were?
