"She WAS the key to my revenge, but now, she IS the key to my heart."
"Of all the pretty girls out there, why am I the one he notices?"
"I've never had trouble flirting before. Does this mean...I finally fall in love?"
"What I want...is what I get."
~*~*~*
Preeda Chan, an introverted and laconic girl, has never thought her first love involves revenge and a game. For 16 years, she has done an excellent job to keep away from romance, even though she is an avid reader of romance novels.
However, the arrival of a bad boy, Albert Stanley, turns her life upside down, for it gets more complicated than the main character in any romance story she has ever read.
As if her peaceful life isn't hectic enough, a mysterious half-brother and an adoptive son of a billionaire, Seth, come for revenge, planning to steal everything and everyone that belongs to Albert.
With the help of Mia Tanakorn, the sole heiress of a conglomerate and the one that harbors feelings towards Albert, Mia and Seth collude to make sure Albert and Preeda's love will never prosper. Their last year of high school is filled with revenge, a dark past, secrets, betrayal, and MORE than a love triangle.
Amongst these two girls and boys, who will end up with who? What will become of the quadrilateral love in the end?
"I wouldn't mind watching you. Maybe we could tan together this summer." He suggested. "Without having tan lines." I could feel the smirk playing on his lips. I lightly slapped his chest.
"Don't ruin my mood with your cockiness."
"I think I made it a lot better."
"Well, keep going and you'll have to deal with your boner yourself." I teased.
"Why does it always come back to my boner?" He asked with a smile playing on his lips.
"Because it's just so huge." I said absentmindedly.
"Is it now?" He raised a brow at me.
I stripped myself away from him and pouted as I folded my arms across my chest. "That's not what I was supposed to say."
"Hmm," He nodded. "What were you supposed to say then?"
"That it's just as annoying as you." I laughed.
SUMMARY:
After the death of her father, Blake moves in with her estranged mother and twin sister. Coping with her father's death was one thing and being involved in dirty work is another. Add a bad boy to fall for on her plate and things can't be more messed up.
She tries to start a new life but ghosts from her past just aren't ready to leave her. Question is, can she make it through and have a happy ending or not?
Give it a few chapters, nobody gets the hang of writing their first book immediately. It gets better story wise and writing wise, I promise.
