Otara embraced her odd-ness at an early age. She, not finding sufficient affection and friends, made some up. She visits her imaginary world daily- rules saying it can only be visited once every twenty four hours. She doesn't mind it, though. When she isn't in Otaria, her imaginary place, she's thinking and drawing about it. Until Jamiee Sanders comes along and steals her thoughts (not literally, of course) over a dare by some of his new friends. But, will he discover that Otara isn't as crazy as everyone says?
And what will his choices lead to when he is forced between a small town girl with big dreams and the girl everyone hates due to how they classify her?
