Beyond The Barrier
Amra wakes in an unfamiliar forest with no memories of who she is or how she got there. Strangely, she bears the pointed ears and ethereal beauty of the elves, despite knowing she is not one of them. Taken in by an isolated elven village, she quickly realises she is different-her magic is ancient, untamed, and far beyond anything the elves have seen. Under the guidance of the village's enigmatic head mage, she begins to unravel the secrets of her power. But it is the fierce and distrustful warrior, Zarion, who makes her question something deeper, her place among the elves, her growing connection to him, and the truth buried in the fragments of her past. As whispers of a forgotten prophecy and the threat of the outside world draw closer, Amra must decide where she truly belongs before the past she cannot remember catches up with her... and changes everything, including her heart.Complet

Stars of Varda - An Elven Love Story (Thranduil)
[A Wattpad FEATURED story!] She's been King Thranduil's close friend for a long time. But when a shocking rumor about his past comes to light, it shakes her entire world. How well does she really know him? With the threat of war and an uncertain future for the Woodland Realm, her comfortable life is changing forever, and so are her feelings for her friend. A story about second chances with eventual romance. Set during the events of the Lord of the Rings. Thranduil/OC Disclaimer: Everything belongs to Tolkien except for my characters. A/N: It was before Christmas 2014 when I first watched BBC's Emma with Romola Garai (wonderful, by the way - watch it if you haven't). A few days later I went to see The Hobbit BOTFA on its opening night. It was during a car trip from a family Christmas party when I came up with idea for this story. And while it doesn't follow the Jane Austen classic completely (Thranduil is no Mr. Knightley!), it was certainly inspired by it. I enjoyed the challenge. Will it be more than she bargained for? Magic, life and death all have a price, and Ella will find out just how steep that price is. In a story written long before she was born, death might be the only answer, but it certainly isn't the end. The second and final book in the HOG duology, a fantasy story full of action, romance and magic!
