The Text
"You are a worthless piece of trash! We should've gotten rid of you when we had the chance!" My abusive dad shouted, slapping me with all of his might. My name is Chloe Adams. Both of my parents have abused me my entire life. I'm covered in bruises, cuts, and burns from head to toe, but I've learned how to cover them up. Sometimes I wonder if I will ever escape this hell hole. "Yeah you should've." I agreed, whispering under my breath. "What was that!?" He yelled even louder than before. "N-Nothing." I stuttered, afraid of his reaction. I don't want to be pushed down the stairs again. The last time that happened, I broke my wrist. They didn't even take me to the hospital. I had to bandage it myself. "That's what I thought! Go fetch me a beer!" He ordered. There comes a moment when you don't want to stop. When you don't want to get better. You just don't care anymore. Read to find out how one small yet huge text can change Chloe's outlook on this magical journey we call life.Tamamlanmış Hikaye

MY SO-CALLED LIFE [SLOWLY BEING EDITED]
They said that there's nothing like the love of your own parents. Well for the 17 year old girl Angela, it's completely the oppossite. She's being physically abused by her father. With no one to turn to, she keeps everything to herself. Afraid that if someone finds out about it, her father might kill her. Nearly 8 years of phycial abuse, she learned to isolate herself amongst her peers from school. She distanced herself from friends that she used to have. Only spoke when necessary. Everytime someone would try to befriend with her, she would push them away. Caught up with her own messed up life, she met Brandon the new guy from her class. He's not your typical cliche jock guy. Brandon seems to have some interest on Angela. But with her pushing him away everytime he tries to get to know her, it made it extra harder for him to talk to her. But what happens when he finds out what kind of life she has? Will he easily give up? Or will he actually try to earn her trust and help her?Tamamlanmış Hikaye
Through My Eyes
Zoey Smith, a little girl. Taken away from her mother at the age of 4, being that her grandmother took custody of her and her siblings. The things she suffered at this house are tragic. Brainwashed by her deceased father's side of the family. Zoey can't decide who to believe, she is so little that she doesn't understand much. After years of being fought for in court, she finally speaks up and tells her mother what is really going on at her Grandmother's house. This book will take you into Zoey's past and the events she had to deal with, the encounters she had, the good and bad memories, and how she dealt with it all at such a young age. This novel is based on my life, it will give you insight to my feelings and thoughts throughout my childhood years. This book is for everyone to read, but my main focus for writing this is to let kids that are going through something similar if not the same thing that they are not alone, and that they too can speak up and defend themselves.Tamamlanmış Hikaye
