What is freedom? What is justice? When Isuka learns of Vice Admiral Draw's lies concerning the fire that took her parents, her own world - her ideals and beliefs - go up in flames as well. Deciding to not only protect the people, she roots out corrupt marines. All goes well until Whitebeard's second division commander, Portgas D. Ace, gets executed., which leads Isuka to her ultimate goal - to climb the ranks of the marines so she can personally change the navy for the better.
